The climb to the viewpoint was hard, but worth it, but you can explore the complex at the base if you don’t want to do the 500!steps! the boat ride was very relaxing & peaceful. I went mid Dec and it was cool and a bit drizzly, but it didn’t l spoil the day, just take a raincoat, you can leave it on the bus if not needed. There were toilet stops & water was provided.
